With the murder of King Arthur aka Aquaman shocking the underwater city of Atlantis, terrorist have taken his place on the throne, leading to a period of uncertainty and increased violence. Warlords have taken control of territories and the sinister King Rath has assumed control of a highly trained army, threating the security of peace between land and sea.

Meanwhile there is whispers of a rebellion brewing in the slums of Atlantis, that there is hero around and a mysterious women named dolphin is ready to the cause.
